I've never been much interested in books that feature sports before-because sports and I clearly don't get along.I am too clumsy for anything:)-but after reading Catching Jordan, I am thinking of trying out another book in that genre.
Sometimes secondary characters are even more amazing than the main ones, right?

Mishma @ As the page turns Mishma @ Chasing Faerytaleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15253047767404480728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1345646414015762912.post-58244055690125738482014-10-27T08:31:25.873-04:002014-10-27T08:31:25.873-04:00pffft sorry I was reading peanut M&M's whe...pffft sorry I was reading peanut M&M's when I was writing so much. (I mean ok, it was Veronica Rossi and her writing partner, so on paper I should have loved the hell out of it, but noooope.) It was amusing, but lacked depth. I'm glad that it was realistic and portrayed well though! SOCCER HIIIIIII *GIVES A BIG EUROPEAN-ISH WAVE* (is that even a thing? well, anyway, SOCCER HOLAAA!!) I especially like that it has a woman playing soccer! Haaa! He's her coach omg. I SWOON YES. I'm already annoyed with Tara tbh but whatever. I'm glad you loved it so much and hahah!!! It's a nice break from the dystopias and the thrillers. Plus, they make perfect beach reads, so maybe I'll take this one to Mexico with me in December? :)Allie @ Little Birdie Bookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05368572335905353234noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1345646414015762912.post-8727730526246739082014-10-24T15:44:52.550-04:002014-10-24T15:44:52.550-04:00I haven't heard of this one and while I totall...I haven't heard of this one and while I totally get it why you like it as I like cute stories from time to time, the lack of depth is what bothers me a lot. So I don't think that this one would do it for me. Still despite that issue I'm really glad that you liked it. This sounds like one of those perfect kinda sweet but nothing heavy reads. Perfect for when u just need something light and fun. I might just add it to my list. :) Great review, Jennifer!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11504628013956880548noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1345646414015762912.post-22762403020748290002014-10-23T17:28:15.645-04:002014-10-23T17:28:15.645-04:00Haha this sounds like a fun read I love the humor ...Haha this sounds like a fun read I love the humor in just that small quote. Liam sounds like someone I do need to meet! >.< I also have something with sports players in general but just in books - I was never the jock loving type IRL. I hadn't heard of this one before but it sounds like a fun, humorous read! :)Gisellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16953187386418088952noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1345646414015762912.post-65847991232691584352014-10-23T13:07:40.516-04:002014-10-23T13:07:40.516-04:00I had very similar thoughts! But I like that I was able to breeze right through it, and the couple separates for only a few short pages. I just wish there would be at least a novel about Becca and Penn - I loved their romance! Great review, girl. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06307895303115762938noreply@blogger.com
