Becoming Calder & Finding Eden
By Mia Sheridan
Release Date: October 5, 2014
There is a place in modern day America with no electricity, no plumbing, and no modern conveniences. In this place, there is no room for dreams, no space for self-expression, and no tolerance for ambition.
In this place, there is a boy with the body of a God and the heart of a warrior. He is strong and faithful and serves his family honorably. But he dares to dream of more.
In this place, there is a girl with the face of an angel and a heart full of courage. To her family, she is the vision of obedient perfection. But she dares to want that which she has been told can never be hers.
Becoming Calder is the story of good versus evil, fear versus bravery, and the truth that the light of love has always found its way into even the darkest of places... From the beginning of time, to the end of the world.

Holy smokes, it's October!
I have a good number of book I'm waiting for this month but these two are at the very top of the list.
Becoming Calder and Finding Eden are two parts to one story.
I'm ecstatic that they'll be released together (it's soooo close now)!
Mia Sheridan knows how to write a wonderfully emotional and heart-warming story,
her Sign of Love series is proof of that—Archer's Voice being one of my all-time favorites!

ReplyDeleteHave a great week & happy reading :-) Sharon – Obsession with Books
Though I haven't heard about any of these, they sound pretty amazing. Wonderful picks. :) Hope you'll enjoy them. :)
ReplyDeleteWait two books by the same author published at the same time!! Is that even possibility? I cannot believe I lived to see this. Anyhow both seems really interesting even though I haven't heard of them. Great picks, Jennifer :)
ReplyDeleteIt does seem interesting...but that girl looks way too perfect!! ».«
ReplyDeleteI've heard so much praise about "Archer's Voice" but I haven't read anything by Mia Sheridan myself. (I should probably change that). TBH, the synopsis sounds so vague for these two titles but also kinda emotional. Can't wait to hear your thoughts when they do come out.
ReplyDeleteOh love these covers! This is my first time hearing about these I'll have to keep an eye out for this author! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the covers too! And the books sound great! Awesome picks.
ReplyDeleteThanx for visiting my WoW!
