Can you believe that we're already half-way into November? We're about 6 weeks away from Christmas!? Has anyone started their holiday shopping yet? I'm quite the procrastinator for all things but I'm hoping to get a few gifts crossed off this month.
I feel like the majority of my book pals have been raving about two things these past few days: November 9 by Colleen Hoover and/or Winter by Marissa Meyer. Wait for me, you guys!! *runs after the bandwagon* I still haven't finished reading Cress yet hahah.
I'm very excited about this week though because Long Way Down blog tour starts tomorrow! Krista & Becca Ritchie are superstars at planning an epic tour. I can't wait wooooot! My post will be up on Thursday but you can follow along here. Note: if you haven't read this series yet, BEWARE it's highly likely some stops will be very spoilery!

Hi Jae...I don't think I've visited before, so it's nice to meet you. I tend to be a bit slack about keeping up with blogs during the week and binge-read on weekends!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about November 9. I'm seeing it everywhere. I'm in Australia and haven't really seen people here reading it though so must check to see if it's available here / coming soon etc.
Hello Deborah! It's a pleasure meeting you as well and I know what you mean. Any free time I have I'd be spending it binge reading too! I hope you get your copy soon :)
DeleteI can't believe it halfway through Nov already, not sure where the first part of the month went. The new Marissa Meyer is everywhere, no doubt! Hope it's good...
ReplyDeleteWinnie the Pooh is such agreat gift, those stories are timeless and very special. Have a fabulous week!
Thanks, Greg! I feel like it was just Halloween a few days ago haha.
DeleteNo, I can't believe we're halfway into November. I need more time, haha. I'm thinking about gifts for the Holidays and some birthdays that are coming up in December but I haven't had any great ideas unfortunately.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Oh I feel ya! When it's a gift for a fellow booklover I find gifts so easily and then there's my family that takes me forever to come up with ideas xD
DeleteThanks for stopping by, Signourney!!
Don't worry I am waiting till after the readathon to read Winter and November 9. i plan on devouring November 9 Thursday. The Liar looks interesting and you are right the year has been flying! Hope your week is amazing!
ReplyDeleteHappy reading, Kimberly! I hope you enjoy the book. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it :D
DeleteOh, you got Neanderthal seeks human, have fun reading it, I think I laughed the entire time !
ReplyDeleteI had a feeling this one would be humorous based on the blurb haa. Can't wait to dive in!
DeleteI never heard this singer before. Pretty voice. I have started my XMas shopping. My family has cut back on what we do and it has made it infinitely easier.
ReplyDeleteTori Kelly is quite new to the music scene but she's definitely a rising star in my opinion! That's great that your holiday shopping will be less stressful then :)
DeleteIf it makes you feel better I haven't even read Cinder! I really really want to but it got a bit drowned out by all the review books. I'm hoping I can get it on audio though. November 9 is also on my list along with bunches of Colleen Hoover books. I'm starting to make lists and get organized for Christmas. Hard to believe it's only 6 weeks away!
ReplyDeleteKatherine! Yess please do. The world-building and characters are superb. I hope you love them as much as I do! I've only ever read Maybe Someday by CoHo myself. We have some catching up to do ;)
DeleteI, too, am excited for the Long Way Down blog tour. And, of course, Long Way Down. Even though I'm pretty sure it's going to completely wreck me. The Year We Fell Down is great. I love that entire series.
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy your new books and fingers crossed we ALL enjoy Long Way Down. :) Have a great week!
That's a Wrap Weekly
Yes I'll be keeping my fingers crossed as well but I know I'll be happy just being back with the Addicted gang again heheh :D Looking forward to starting the Ivey Years series though! One of my friends absolutely loved it as well. Happy reading, Kim! <3
