I love Colleen Hoover! Great list!
ReplyDeleteThank you! And thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteOOOOOOOBVIOUSLY Krista and Becca. No list about favorite authors and brilliance is complete without them! CoHo and Katja Millay are New Adult goddesses--that is all. AND OMG DON'T EVEN START WITH VERONICA ROSSI I AM HEART EYES ALL AROUND. I loved Fangirl as well, but I wasn't a fan of E&P, so definitely not recommending that, but um, I want to read Attachments? Heh. Michelle Hodkin and The Evolution is all you need in your life in January tbh. GET ON IT, JEN!
ReplyDeleteWILL DO! I have it on hold at the library :D
DeleteI still haven't read a Colleen Hoover book but I have Hopeless sitting on my nightstand just waiting to be picked up.
ReplyDeleteI have read all Rainbow Rowell's books and Attachments is my favourite so of course I recommend that one! :)
-Angie
Colleen Hoover has a very smooth writing style that I very much enjoy so I hope you do as well! Looks like Landline will be my next Rainbow Rowell read :D Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI hope you enjoy Landline...I'll be honest it is my least favourite of her books, BUT I know I'm in the minority on that because MANY people love it! I hope you do too! =)
DeleteWhoops, I actually meant Attachments would be first! Hahah. But Landline is on my tbr too :)
DeleteLoved the list! Colleen Hoover and Katja Millay are very dear to me! I`ve decided to let Millay have only one book for now, when she is ready she will give us more quality writing! ;)
ReplyDeleteHahah that's so true but boy do I want another novel by her bad. Thanks for stopping by! :)
DeleteSweet list! I've been really wanting to read Under the Never Sky series!
ReplyDeleteHere's my list if you would like to read it - http://wonderstruck-kcks.blogspot.com/2014/12/top-ten-new-to-me-authors-i-read-in-2014.html
YES. I hope you get to start UtNS soon because wowza it's fantastic! :D
DeleteWoha you got to meet and read some amazing books there. I loved Maybe Someday, surprisingly. So yeah. There are some authors on this liks that I need to meet, like Rainbow but I hope that I will do it soon. Great post :)
ReplyDeleteHahah that is a surprise, but I'm glad you did!! I know your not the biggest fan of NA contemporaries ;)
DeleteThe Sea of Tranquility!! SIGHHH I love that book. Exactly my thoughts, why has she written only one book.
ReplyDeleteAnd of course, Krista & Becca would top my list to for 2014 new-to-me authors as well.
I've read Slammed and Point of Retreat by Colleen Hoover but I need to read Maybe Someday because that seems to be everyone's fav.
Great list Jae!
Omg, yes you do please. I don't have much to go by since it was my first CoHo book but it's definitely one of my top favorite NA books. Plus, it had a soundtrack to go with it. Boom, mind-blown. I really hope you enjoy it too! I need to pick up Slammed soon. :)
